Ee Tee Gin, our founding partner was previously an Administrative and Diplomatic officer with the Public Service Department (PSD) from 1977 till 1995 or thereabout. He was a former Malaysian Trade Commissioner to Romania and then a Deputy Director / Deputy Registrar of the Intellectual Property Division of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs, now known as Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MYIPO). He was called to the bar in 1996 and has been in practice since then until today. He had conducted complicated and contentious general litigation, in particular, matters relating to intellectual property. He is a registered patent, trade mark and industrial design agent under MYIPO.

Ee Siang Leng graduated with a Bachelor of Electronics 
Engineering (majoring in Computer) from Multimedia University. She also holds a degree in Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Upper Honours) from University of Hertfordshire, England in 2010 and was called to the bar on 10 August 2012. She was formerly a software engineer with Motorola Technology Sdn Bhd, Penang before she took her second degree in law. She had conducted several contentious court matters at the Registrar’s stage, High Court and Court of Appeal relating to intellectual property matters. She had also assisted clients in probate and administration action, will writing, estate administration, conveyancing of immovable property and tenancy agreement. She is a registered patent, trademark and industrial design agent under MYIPO.
